1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Crunch Courier's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Service Description

Crunch Courier provides same-day and express delivery services within Southern Ontario. Our services include package pickup, transportation, and delivery to specified addresses.

3. Service Area

Our delivery services are limited to Southern Ontario, including but not limited to the Greater Toronto Area, Ottawa, Hamilton, London, Kitchener-Waterloo, and surrounding regions. Service availability may vary by location.

4. Pricing and Payment

• Prices are calculated based on distance, package type, weight, and service level selected.
• Additional fees may apply for rush hour deliveries, weekends, and holidays.
• Payment is required at the time of booking unless you have an approved business account.
• All prices are in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and include applicable taxes.

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

All cancellations are subject to a 5% administrative fee deducted from the refund amount.

• Express orders: Full refund (minus 5% admin fee) if cancelled at least 90 minutes before scheduled pickup. Non-refundable if cancelled within 90 minutes of pickup.
• Same-Day orders: Full refund (minus 5% admin fee) if cancelled at least 2 hours before scheduled pickup. 50% refund (minus 5% admin fee) if cancelled less than 2 hours before pickup.
• Standard orders: Full refund (minus 5% admin fee) if cancelled at least 4 hours before scheduled pickup. 50% refund (minus 5% admin fee) if cancelled less than 4 hours before pickup.
• No refund once the order has been picked up or is in transit.

6. Prohibited Items

The following items are prohibited from our delivery services:

• Illegal substances or contraband
• Hazardous materials or explosives
• Firearms and weapons
• Live animals
• Perishable food items (unless specifically arranged)
• Items exceeding weight or size limits for the selected vehicle type

7. Liability

Crunch Courier's liability is limited to the declared value of the package, up to a maximum of $500 CAD unless additional insurance is purchased. We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to traffic, weather, or incorrect address information.

8. Business Accounts

Business accounts are subject to credit approval. Payment terms, credit limits, and billing cycles are determined during the application process. Business account holders are responsible for all charges incurred by authorized team members.

9. Changes to Terms

Crunch Courier reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
